This website is run by Studverse Education (Private) Limited ("Studverse", "we", "us"), a company registered in Sri Lanka, with its registered office at [registered office address]. By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

These terms cover the website only. When you book or buy a service from us, the details of that service, including price, schedule and any extra conditions, are agreed separately with you.

2. What the website is for

The website gives general information about Studverse and our services, and lets you contact us. We try to keep it accurate and up to date, but the information may change, and nothing on the site is a formal offer or a promise that a service will be available.

3. No professional advice and no guaranteed results

Information on this site is general. It is not legal, financial, medical or immigration advice, and it does not replace the guidance of your own school, college, university or employer. Our mentoring, tutoring and consultancy support can help you, but we cannot promise any particular result, such as a grade, admission, scholarship, job or visa.

4. Academic integrity

Our services to students are guidance, mentoring, tutoring and support. We do not write or submit assignments, projects, dissertations or exam answers for students. You must follow the rules of your own institution, including its rules on plagiarism and the use of outside help. Please do not ask us to do work that would break those rules.

5. Using the website

When you use this website, you agree that you will not:

• use it for anything unlawful, or to harm, harass or mislead anyone
• send us false, abusive or spam messages, or use the contact form to send advertising
• give us someone else's personal information without their permission
• try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems, or use automated tools to collect its content
• pretend to be someone else, or suggest that Studverse endorses you or your business

We may block access, or stop replying, if we believe these rules are being broken.

6. Contact form and your information

When you send us a message, you confirm that the information you give is true and that you are allowed to share it. How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

7. Ownership of the content

The Studverse name, logo, text, design and other original material on this website belong to Studverse or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view the site and share its links for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, sell or change our content, or use our name or logo, without our written permission.

Stock photographs on the site are used under the licence of the platform they come from and show models. They do not show Studverse students or clients, and the people pictured have not endorsed Studverse. The portraits on the Our Team page show the advisors named beside them and are used with their permission.

8. Testimonials and examples

Testimonials on this site are the views of the people named, shared with their permission, and are shown to illustrate the help we offer. Results differ from person to person, and a past result is not a promise of a future one. Where we use an example scenario, we say so.

9. Links to other websites

This site may link to other websites, and uses services such as Formspree and Google Fonts to work. We do not control those sites or services and are not responsible for their content or practices.

10. Availability

We aim to keep the website running, but we do not promise that it will always be available, free of errors or free of harmful code. We may change, pause or remove any part of it at any time.

11. Our responsibility

We provide the website "as is". To the extent the law allows, Studverse is not liable for any loss that results from using the website or relying on its content, including indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Your rights as a consumer under Sri Lankan law are not affected.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using the website after a change, you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and the courts of Sri Lanka have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
